We are based in Richmond, Texas where you can experience and test our bikes.

Where does the name Burro Bikes come from?

Burro Bikes is one of many ventures created by founding, Stephen Crewe. Donkeys was an inspiration for a bike that can go and take you anywhere with as much gear as needed. Donkeys are also known to be humble, but brave in the face of any circumstances that get thrown at them.

Do you offer custom frames?

Yes! We offer custom geometries and custom finishing. Turn around time for custom geometry frames is 5 months. Turn around time for custom finishing ranges from 1 to 3 weeks.

What is the weight of a Burro Bike frame?

Burro Bikes are sold as framesets, which include frame and envelopes fork. All frames will vary in weight depending on the size. For example a medium Mammoth frameset weights 1,800 grams.

How custom can I go?

To the moon, Alice! The options are endless! We can get very creative with anodizing and Cerakote. And customizing your components can be as creative as you want to get.
We can obtain any component available in the industry. The only challenge is availability.

Yes, we will ship anywhere in the world.

What is your Warranty?

Burro frames have a 5 year warranty for manufactur's defect. Enve Forks are subject to Enve’s warranty policy. Other components are subject to each manufacturer's warranty policy.
